MNS Doe has been declared the winner of the disputed Central Region FA chairmanship elections which was held two years ago by a Cape Coast High Court ruling.
The veteran administrator lost his position in October 2015 but questioned the ineligibility of his sole competitor Roy Arthur.
Doe polled 24 votes as against the 26 garnered by his sole competitor at the Cape Coast Stadium.
The ruling therefore means that MNS Doe will reclaim his position on the Ghana FA Executive Committee and be reinstated as the Central Region FA Chairman.
