Welcome to Ghana were every single day, you will find foreign videos are being played from morning till evening with local videos used as half time breaks.
Tv channels will call artistes for tv interviews and even after bombarding us everyday with something not from Ghana will not even show a video of the artiste. A typical scenario happened in the studios of TV3 and these stuffs music stop. Ruff Town Records act Ebony was on the Spotlight show and to much disrecpect, not a single video of Ebony was played.
Bullet who is the CEO of Ruff Town Records has been a frontier fighting for the music industry and has been fuming against this. In a video obtained exclusive, he can be seen expressing his displeasure to the producers about what happened on the show. How is it possible to have a Ghanaian artiste on a show and you will be showing Nigerians videos. It doesn’t make a single bit of common sense and he made his actions against them shows this.
We pray other tv channels will be mindful of this and take a cue not to ever make such a mistake.
